(hereinafter "Conditions")
These Terms and Conditions available on the website milanocortina2026.org (the "Website") and on the Milano Cortina 2026 application ("App"), combined with the information according to article 13 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 (the "Information Policy" [link]), govern the terms and conditions of use of the FanTeam Services (as defined in art. 2 below) of Milano Cortina 2026 Foundation with registered office in Milan, Piazza Tre Torri, n. 3 - 20145 (MI), (hereinafter, the "Foundation") in favor of Fans over 14 years old (hereinafter jointly "Fans").
The FanTeam is based on the sharing of the Olympic and Paralympic values and is characterised by the opportunities reserved to the members, such as the receipt of offers from the Foundation's partners as per art. 4, invitations to sporting, cultural and/or other events, etc.
The complete list, periodically updated, of the specific FanTeam Services (as defined in art. 2 below) and of the possible related regulations and/or special conditions (the regulations and special conditions, hereinafter, for brevity, individually and/or collectively the "Regulations") is published by the Foundation on the Website and on the App. The Regulations are an integral and substantial part of the Conditions. In case of discrepancies between the provisions of the Regulations and those of the Conditions, the provisions of the Regulations shall prevail.
It is advisable for the Fan to print or save a local copy of the Conditions and the Regulations for future reference.
1. Subscription
Participation in the FanTeam is free of charge and subject to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, subject to registration for all Fans by entering the mandatory data required in the registration form on the Site.
The Fan agrees to provide true, accurate, updated, and complete information.
By joining the FanTeam, the Fan fully accepts these Terms and any changes to them.
The FanTeam is open to all-natural persons who are at least 14 years old. The validity of the membership is subject, among other things, to the provision of a personal e-mail address at which correspondence concerning the FanTeam can be received.
To join the FanTeam it is necessary to register via the Website or the App. The subscription to the FanTeam implies the full acceptance of the present Terms and Conditions and the completion of an online form by the Fan to communicate his personal data to the Foundation.
Each registration is nominative and implies that the Fan provides his personal data. The Fan guarantees the correctness of all the information provided to the Foundation and is solely responsible for it.
The Foundation reserves the right to offer promotional initiatives to certain groups of Fans. Through the participation in such promotional initiatives the Fan can receive a series of benefits compared to what is foreseen in the FanTeam program.
The Foundation reserves the right to reject the participation in the FanTeam of those who do not meet the requirements of the present Conditions or to exclude them from the FanTeam if the lack of the requirements is subsequently discovered. If the registration or participation in the FanTeam does not comply with the current provisions of the Conditions, the Foundation reserves the right to revoke the Fan's registration.
The Fan has the right to request the cancellation from the FanTeam at any time with the modalities indicated in art. 6) of the present Conditions.
2. FanTeam services
Upon acceptance of the Conditions and any applicable Regulations (collectively the "Conditions"), the services of FanTeam are made available to the Fan solely for his/her direct, personal, private, and individual use to be enjoyed in full compliance with the Conditions (the "Services"). The Services are listed below as an example and not exhaustive and may be supplemented from time to time at the discretion of the Foundation:

In particular, the Fan is prohibited from engaging in any conduct that is manifestly inconsistent with the Olympic and Paralympic principles.
The Fan may not in any way falsify or alter the data concerning his/her participation in the FanTeam, nor make any false or misleading statements or provide any information.

The fan is forbidden to engage in any conduct that is prohibited by these conditions. Any form of transfer of the services is prohibited, unless expressly agreed to by the Foundation.
The Foundation reserves the right to carry out, at any time and without prior notice, checks on the correct use of the Services.
The Foundation reserves the right to exclude the Fan from the FanTeam, and to revoke the Services which the Fan has expressed the will to use, but which have not yet been used at the moment in which the exclusion is communicated, if the Fan does not respect all the terms of the present Conditions and/or his conduct does not comply with them or with the applicable laws or provisions or in any case is likely to cause damage to the Foundation, to the International Olympic Committee, to the International Paralympic Committee or to the relative partners as per art. 4. Furthermore, the Foundation, in case of objective evidence of a just cause, has the right to suspend the Fan's participation in the FanTeam for the time necessary for the necessary investigations. During the investigation it is possible that the Fan in question will not be allowed to benefit from the services associated with the participation in the FanTeam.
In the moment in which the Foundation or its assignees are subject to legal action, disturbances or other disputes or claims by third parties regarding the conduct of the fan or the way in which the fan uses the services, the fan expressly agrees to fully indemnify and hold harmless the foundation and its assignees from and against any and all liabilities, losses, damages, costs, legal, professional and any other expenses of any nature incurred or suffered by them as a result of participation in the FanTeam, without prejudice to compensation for damages.
4. FanTeam Associated Partners
The list of FanTeam member partners is always available and can be consulted on the website.
5. Processing of personal data
The Fan's personal data will be collected and processed in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR and Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, as novated by Legislative Decree No. 101/2018, in the manner and for the purposes described in the privacy policy relating to the FanTeam available here.
The personal data processing operations are necessary to manage the Fan's participation in the FanTeam, to make known the Services and other benefits related to the participation in the FanTeam, to provide the related Services, according to the modalities provided by these Conditions. For the duration of the FanTeam membership, the Fan will receive service announcements related to the Fan's status as a Fan and to possible expiry dates and/or benefits of the FanTeam services. If the fan does not want to receive these communications any longer, he must withdraw from the FanTeam in the manner and under the terms of paragraph 6) of the Conditions.
If the Fan wants to update the data contained therein or to request the cancellation of the FanTeam membership, he can send a communication to the following email address: FanTeam@milanocortina2026.org, specifying (i) the name, surname, date, place of birth and social security number (ii) the details of the request and providing.
6. Cancel Membership
To withdraw from the FanTeam, the Fan must formulate a written request to withdraw the membership by sending a communication to the following e-mail address: FanTeam@milanocortina2026.org, stating the name, surname, date, place of birth, (ii) the details of the request.
7. Limitations of liability
The Fan acknowledges and agrees that the Site and the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" and that they may be temporarily inaccessible or otherwise contain defects or have delays.
The Foundation shall not be responsible for any loss or damage deriving from or in any way connected to the use of the Services by the Fan, including - without any limitation - damages for loss of business, loss of profits, interruption of activity, loss of commercial information and/or any other type of pecuniary loss, except in cases of malice or serious fault of the Foundation.
8. Changes to the Conditions and/or Services
The Foundation reserves the right to modify or integrate the Conditions, or parts of them, at any time, giving prior notice to the Fan, with a notice of 30 days through a general notice posted on the Website or through an email sent to all Fans.
The contractual changes or additions shall be deemed to be accepted in full by the Fan if the right of withdrawal is not exercised by the date on which the contractual changes or additions come into force. Fans who do not agree with the new terms and conditions of the Terms are requested not to use the Services and to proceed with the request to withdraw their membership from the FanTeam. Continued membership in the FanTeam after the entry into force of these changes will be considered as full acceptance of the changes to the Terms and Conditions by the Fan.
The Foundation also reserves the right to communicate by e-mail to the Fans any technical changes or updates or news concerning the Services.
9. Invalidity
The invalidity or ineffectiveness of any provision of the Conditions shall in no case result in the invalidity or ineffectiveness of its other provisions
10. Applicable law
The Conditions are governed by Italian law.
