Johannes Hosflot Klaebo, the cross-country skiing star of PyeongChang, starts a career (also) in professional cycling

11 June 2020

With three gold medals to his credit, the 23-year-old Norwegian Johannes Hosflot Klaebo was the undisputed cross-country star of PyeongChang 2018.

While the pandemic has forced most athletes to cut back on training, Klaebo has announced that he will join the Danish professional cycling team Uno-X with a five-year contract.

This is not a career change because the Norwegian will compete and train on two wheels only when his commitments with cross-country skiing allow it.
